High Tech Technology (HTC), one of the largest smartphone manufacturer in the world-rumored to be soon launched the first smartphone based on Windows Phone 7.

Peter Chou (President HTC), said that the Windows-based smartphones Phone 7 will be enriched with the full feature. “We will release it in the fourth quarter of this year, but we can not say more about this,” Chou explained at a briefing ahead of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona mid-February.
